We are currently a small team but as demand for our service is growing there will be opportunities to join us and help make a difference to our local community. In the meantime, we welcome speculative applications from any local candidates with experience in the legal sector.

Aimee Quigley - BA (Hons) GDip LLM LPP
Aimee Quigley is a practising Solicitor with a Masters at Law, Certified Legal Project Management Practitioner and a Member of the Law Society. She has experience dealing with commercial and private clients in Property, Contract, Litigation, Employment and Landlord and Tenant.
Aimee specialises in all things Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 including occupation contracts, comprehensive compliance advice, fitness for human habitation and repossessions.
Aimee provides in-house advice to the Pathway Lettings team to ensure the highest standards of compliance and the best service to both Landlords and Tenants. Aimee has been specialising in this area for a number of years and has practical experience under the old legislation and the new.
Aimee believes a balanced approach to housing litigation with consideration of the needs of both sides is the best way to ensure a cost effective and fair outcome for all.
